Zerubbabel is therefore the new Christ the King since he is vested with royal power, thus giving him the power to judge.

“Collect silver and gold from the exiles, from Heldai, Tobijah and Jedaiah, then (you yourself go the same day) go to the house of Josiah son of Zephaniah, who has arrived from Babylon.
Then, taking the silver and gold, make a crown and place it on the head of the high priest Joshua son of Jehozadak.
And say this to him, "Yahweh Sabaoth says this: HERE IS A MAN WHOSE NAME IS BRANCH; WHERE HE IS, THERE WILL BE A BRANCHING OUT (AND HE WILL REBUILD YAHWEH'S SANCTUARY).
YES, HE IS THE ONE WHO WILL REBUILD YAHWEH'S SANCTUARY; HE WILL WEAR THE ROYAL INSIGNIA AND SIT ON HIS THRONE AND GOVERN, with a priest on his right. Perfect peace will reign between these two.”

I have highlighted in bold what interests me about the point of this analysis on the new messiah.

It is written about the crown of verse 11 of (Zechariah 6:10-13):
This crown, which is the symbol of royal dignity, could only be placed on the head of a descendant of David, Zerubbabel, on whom the eschatological hopes of the community had focused. The events having taken another turn and Zerubbabel having disappeared, it is to his collaborator Joshua the High Priest that this crown, which was not originally intended for him, was awarded.
Zerubbabel therefore returns at the end of time with the crown ─ i. e. the royal dignity giving him the power to judge ─ since he could not be Christ at the same time as Jesus two thousand years ago and Jesus had come to save the world while Zerubbabel comes today to judge the world, at the last judgment!
It is he who is Faithful and Truthful, and it is with justice that he judges and makes war. (Revelation 19:11)
Apart from his crown giving him royal dignity ─, whose power to judge ─. He is also "The Branch" according to the passage of Zechariah 6:12.
According to my Osty Bible ─ Émile Osty and Joseph Trinquet, Éditions du Seuil, 1973 ─ the word "Branch" in verse 12 of the passage of Zechariah 6:12 is explained as follows:
"Branch" can only refer to a legitimate offspring of David, the descendant par excellence, the Messiah.
This is very clear.
So let us take up again the Zechariah passage that I was analyzing:

So, according to the definition of the word "Branch" in the Osty Bible, this means that this word means "Messiah".
God therefore told the prophet Zechariah in the sixth century BC to place the crown on Joshua's head and to notify him (Joshua) that a Messiah will bear the majesty in the future, that he will sit and rule on his throne. The priest being on his right ─ the High Priest ─ being Joshua alias Jesus.
They are the two olive trees, the two Anointed (Messiah) of the true history of Christian salvation.
One came two thousand years ago and the other comes today at the end of time to judge.
